No. I don't expect 1Gbps line metered/unmetered in VN, but their way advertisement is in the wrong way.
They always said that their VPS/server is connected with 1Gbps port, but that's LAN port, not even local port. Far from that, the international port is only 2-5Mbps guaranteed.
