Tried to modify my DNS records: the website is not reacting.
Support has not yet answered (yet ?)
Anyone else ?

The site's up for me.
Their support hours are Mon - Fri / 9AM - 5PM Pacific Time. So basically support won't to be in for another 3 hours 45~ minutes.

I see what you mean. Whois/Domain Checks are timing out... Oh well, you'll have to wait until their support hours start

If you have anything more than incidentals, you might want to file a report with @Ross about it.
I have been having trouble with it all morning. Try to search a domain and it never resolves.
They use Amazon DNS. Maybe you mean their server wasn't up.
