I need a VPS for image hosting. Dedicated IP is not necessary.
1 vCPU
512MB (or 768MB)
at least 350GB HDD more is better.
NAT IPv4
IPv6 (if any)
at least 2TB outgoing traffic.
250Mbps (fair share)
My budget is around 40EUR including tax annually.
for 250GB HDD, I would only pay 30EUR.
