Cheap Windows VPS for Browsing / USA

Hi, Im looking for a cheap Windows VPS in USA to mainly use for web browsing and download/upload some files to cloud (Google Drive and OneDrive) just a few times in month.

I dont need SSD, I prefer more space and not speed... but Im open to HDD and SSD

I dont need VPN/Proxy, RDP is ok but with Admin privileges, not user. But I prefer private VPS...

I had AWS and is finished now, I want to pay for something better...
