I disagree. If you're not capable of reading some simple rules, odds are you're not qualified to run a hosting business. In other words, never is a more appropriate time for getting provider status.
but i have already my 2 Dedi, i'm testing a new vps provider and i'm not going to leave @AlexanderM (still congratulation for uptime) now or in the near future
