We could do this for you in Tampa, FL for $30/year. Let me know if you're interested!
It would include 1 CPU core, 1GB RAM, 15GB SSD, and 1TB bandwidth. We can license Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, and 2016.
PM me order link ...
10GB isn't enough storarge for Windows.
You'll want at least 20GB to be able to do anything.
With that being said, if you can increase your budget a bit, get a slice

1 Core CPU cost $15.00 USD /Monthly ... then how is it increasing budget only a bit? :O
Depends if you need a dedicated core or not. You're not going to find a legit dedicated core for $30/year.

Amazon 1 Year free tier allow to install Windows and use as remote desktop
I don't need Amazon services. Thanks for your comment.
@VirMach should be able to help, except for that dedicated core.

@vapornode @Spetsnaz Is the core dedicated or shared?
@jiggawattz it's a shared core.
https://www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-cloud.xml Not quite in the US but basically in the US, United States ARIN IPs from New York and New Jersey are available, only recommending because I know these VPSs can deliver amazing performance with NVMe disks and the CPUs they use. I've had one since 2015 and it's had non-stop uptime and on-demand performance since I got it and unlimited bandwidth, you can literally use terabytes of data with nothing happening still at 100mbps and I love their phone support too, but I'm kinda an OVH fanboy just because I like their products so much, their VPS CLOUD 2 would be just fine.
There are so many US companies that offer VPSs, such as http://vultr.com/, and some that have advertised in LET like ChicagoVPS and Virmach
I've ran Server 2012 and 2016 on 10GB SSD disks before and you literally will only have 1-2GB of space left, so just a warning with that, I wouldn't recommend it unless you disable Windows update and keep installed programs to a minimum. Server 2003 is the only one which leaves you with like 4-5GB free but it's not really supported anymore
Which location? And how 1Gbps port really unmetered?
@jiggawattz Shared. We can offer dedicated cores for those that need them but the price is (obviously) significantly higher.
Our servers are located at New Jersey, United States. The bandwidth limit is 650+ TB, which I don't think someone can reach, so we preferred to use the "unmetered" term.
tagging @ShockHosting just to check for the website similarities with https://www.spetsnazhost.com/ (who knows, maybe they have the same owner).

That's weird, we've hired a designer back in 2012 to create this template for us, I am suspecting that he resold it to another hosting company however, I confirm that we are not affiliated in any way with ShockHosting.
We provide dedicated cores as an option as well, but not within the $30 per year budget. I don't remember @StevenGeorge mentioning he needs a dedicated core though until Francisco came in to sell his slices and mentioned he may need a dedicated core. So assuming OP doesn't need a deducated core (and is fine with 50% fair usage, 90-100% burst for 5-10 minutes) then I think we can provide what he's requesting.
Check out our specials here.
Nope, I came in, shilled, and the OP said it was too much for a dedicated core. It's still an unsure thing if they need a dedicated core or not.
If they do, not even the CC shops are going to do it for $30.00/year unless it's those premium 400Mhz dedicated cores they do on OVZ.

Whilst not against the rules to post offers in threads, would be nice to grab a provider tag! Only takes two minutes :-D
We can offer e3 1240 V5 dedicated core at the same cost without windows license if that is ok for you . I really mean core not thread . Please note offer valid till tomorrow
Hello!
