Any good tutorials or guides for writing Ghost (blog) Apps/Plugins?

Like the title says.. I've been playing around with Ghost (self-hosted) and like it, but I would like to write a few apps/plugins to customize it a bit. I can't seem to find a lot of documentation about it and their wiki pages suck.
Does anyone have any good tutorials they can point me to? I'm a quick study and have plenty of experience coding that I'll pick it up fast, I just don't want to reverse-engineer their code to do it.
