a cancellation request has been sent from your account sir.
So you decided to rage on the public areas now.
You clearly said in the cancellation request I dont need it anymore and hence its under our OpenVZ nodes and we are currently in a full convertion state from OpenVZ to KVM the cancellation was issued, however we asked you if you wish to receive another server till the aformentioned end of billing cycle.
And clearly your response was so unresepctful something we can not accept from a customer because respect is the base of discussions and answers to our customers and they should be responding by the same.
i've got like 50 servers from almost every provider on this website and yours are a scam. the last server that i bought from you never worked and after i told u about u just cancelled it. look what happens when i search "invoice" on one of emails http://imgur.com/a/yhhMG
