Technical care Department doesn't care about hostsystems and nwtwork Connection (high packetloss up to 40% + slow speeds in upload and download (vhost38,39)
They don't check whether people are abusing there system on cpu.
They don't check on hdd overbooking proactively, it took them a week to extend capacity while some people could not use there vps in this time.
They (try to) delete crtical reports on trustpilot.
The support team is not helpfull most of the time, especially when it comes to technical questions.
If you are still satisfied with them there is either option:
You are on a host not throttled at network yet and is not abused much in Terms of cpu.
You are just letting it idle all the time.
