Looking for a LEB for a VPN?

What are some providers you will recommend for LEB's I can setup OpenVPN on? Also want no logging on the provider's side.

    I know plenty of people use our services to run a VPN (myself included). We offer them in Dallas, Seattle, and NYC.

    If you are setting up the VPS why not get a KVM and encrypt your HDD? that would mean you would not get anyone reading your data, As for the services why not check out our services :) if you need anything do let me know
