It was 8$ before and instead of changing price to be able to post offer here he just removed 8$ from post but the price stays the same. Maybe he needs some more time? Otherwise offer will be removed.
@vnet maybe you could reduce some spec, like disk space or RAM, and make an offer within $7?
Although with just 3 Mbit bandwidth I am not sure if it will be really that popular.
