Is anyone provide a VPS with ipv6 that peer to cernet2 by internet2?

the ipv6 network with cernet2-HKIX-(to the world) is very bad now ....

I believe it is not possible if you are using an ip in range 2001:da8::/32, because all bgp routes for this prefix are transited to HKIX.

And yes, Cernet2/Internet2/GEANT/DANTE are for Edu use only and peer not freely (while present at multiple exchanges (VIX, DECIX) my peering requests have always been declined, both v4+v6)

as you know ... great fire wall block many sites like twitter youtube etc
and traffic in mainland china is also very expensive
