Not exactly, owner from Germany and was allocate own local IP block, not exactly OVH IP geolocation.
Sadly, one of the not too possible ones - the lists are short (maybe 20 countries within reasonable budgets impossible, 10 extremely expensive and ~5 entirely not) though.
Could get San Marino with SMT (geo is IT though, so was not interesting for me - 93.95.208.0/21 - literally set wrong in RIPE allocation as requested as IT back then, no BGP).
They have a nice local DC with redundant uplinks (plus 4G & microwave, the location is good for it) but yea, pricing IT+100% at least and there might be import/export issues for certain things (EU status... weird...).
