Specs dont matter just need to be able to run lxde-core + Firefox.

512mb should be sufficient.

Will be using less than 10 GB b/w a month so b/w dont matter.

Budget <= $12/year

I currently use HostUs $12/y UK location which does what I need, but I'm looking spread to europe now.

Is it really possible to run DE+FF in 512mb ram without swapping hard?

You could just load up some credits on Arubacloud and use their DE and IT (and UK, CZ) locations for the same price (1 euro).

CZ location in aruba is kinda crap network wise, but I dont think would matter for those requirements.
I used that exact combination plus java and disk heavy apps and it was usable on aruba. Also, CZ is pretty far from moldova, it may do, though.
