Well, it is always a matter of conventions. Here on LET, being called a dumb arse in context with being a GoDaddy customer is not abuse. It is rather tenderness. A way of saying: "I feel with you for being with GoDaddy, you have my full empathy.". And - inbefore you asking later - Yes, getting called a "cunt" is also quite friendly. Spread the Love!

On the topic of off-topic: I do think people should maybe look at what the requirements of a request are a bit more some time. I dont see how recommending mxroute 10 times helps OP if he doesnt want hosting in the US, nomatter how awesome @jarland or mxroute is.
