I'm looking for Italian IP's lease and Ubuntu server based (16gb ram) in Italy which can announce those IP's.

    Just rent a bunch of arubacloud's cheapest plans or go with seflow.

    We answered you in detail at iperweb.com
    We recommended you some course of action as we need to keep our business network clean as well as the reputation with our carriers.
    It would have been the same thing at prometeus.net, no need to give you the same advice you would not care about.
    Also, most providers in EU do not bulk rent IPs, that is mostly an american habit, even there it gets harder as the clean IPs are much more valuable than dirty ones.
