VPS load is low, but it has unreplied connections -> websites are slow
Hello,
an OpenVZ VPS i found having unreplied connections and websites on it loading slow.
I wanted to ask if anyone can see if i am hitting any limit of the VPS and which limit should i increase. I installed fail2ban/csf/ddos deflate to eliminate bad connections.
Here are netstat, lsof, ulimit, vzubc results
CPU/RAM I/O seems very low.

It could be network problem have you ask your host about it?
network is ok
If you are using Apache you should check Apache configuration and make adjustments to optimize Apache for your server resources. That can also be done for MySQL. Your server should proper utilize its resources.
yes, i got that idea too. But as mentioned CPU/RAM/I/O resources not seemed to be exhausted during the slow times.
