Looking to Lease an ARIN /25 or /26

Title is what I'm looking for. Going to use them for website scraping / personal use and include authentication to prevent abuse. Preferred location is Chicago.

    What lease time? Yearly or month by month payments? Can you clarify "website scraping"? Do you mean xrumer/scrapebox activities?

    You need a /24 unless you order a server from a provider who gives you the /25 or /26

    Based on the OP's inclusion of a specific location, I'd guess the intent is to also lease a server to use it with.
    It might help to have some additional specs; not many providers here will make an offer without some additional details for what is needed.
