kcptun, what is the best setting for China to US , high packet loss and GFW

what is the best kcptun settings,
located in China, China telecom. VPS in US

even if i set up server with defaults, the android client have different default.
I have no idea which to go with,

    It wraps tcp packet into udp, I wonder how providers think of it?

    mate, just give me a json setting file, defaults are no good, if both sides have different defaults
