Simulate different pings on lan

Well i have a Openvz & virtualbox headless node in my house and i was wondering how i could simulate say 100+ms ping to a openvz container
I know this isn't really a LEB questions but i thought i would ask it anyway

Had a work mate use Mikrotik http://www.mikrotik.com/ appliances in the past to simulate WAN connections. You can just download the software, but you would need ano9ther box (physical or virtual) to run it
