How to see my server config info in CLI

I have a win vps from vultr and want to see the following info:

Internet speed
I/O Speed
CPU usage

what command will get me this info?

It seems its only for linux? Wget command shows error...

This looks nice but isn't there something that will.show the results like the above one, inside the CLI itself? Also few things are not shown in resource monitor...
