Be aware that OP is asking for an exit node, not a normal node. This means you'll deal with abuse coming from the ip a lot.
i dont understand if you cant do anything about tor exit abuse then whats the point of replying. Couldn't you just do autorespond with basic template etc?

I would like to know if this VPS is available. You can forward me the complaints and I will answer them within 48 hours. I run few exits and they generate very less abuse complaints. (1 in 6 month for forumspam).
@randvegeta think of a tor exit node as an open proxy that is shared by a whole bunch of people that isn't tracked. Basically any TOR user that ends up hitting the exit node on your network can be looking at or browsing any content including but not limited to drugs, child porn and other topics which can trigger investigations by government agencies. In @william 's case someone was downloading child porn through his exit and they came and shut down his equipment and searched him for possession of child porn, I believe.
This is why most hosts do NOT allow tor exit nodes, as you have no idea what type of traffic will be exiting from your network.

If you allow minimal exit (80/443) you'll be fine with the possibilities of bruteforcing, harassment, uploading of ____ (use your imagination).
If you allow IRC to exit, you'll be a DDOS magnet.
I think for $7, the risk is probably not worth while. Unless as what @doughmanes said holds true, only used for 80/443 for example.

There are for sure more safe and less safe configs for tor (minimising abuse wise), however thats more so in the control of your client.
In our experience with "normal" ports (blocking mailing ports that is) we never got abuse sent to us, however the IP has made its way to a bunch of black lists:

This will be your main problem. Not warez, not spam, not hacking.
Exit can be ran fine, if you take legal precautions - company or ideally non-profit, lawyer informed and pre-paid, ISPs with an idea or ideally your own network.
Exit as private person or mixing private/business (eg. sole trader) is generally a bad idea in most jurisdictions.
Some jurisdictions don't give a single shit, but these are also the ones you don't want to live in in the first place.
