I Pay a VPS and they did not deliver it to me. Virpus is a fraud.

Did you receive an invoice payment confirmation? Could just be IPN failure. Did you reach out to them to ask? They're not exactly new around here, haven't heard similar stories myself. Most scammers don't deliver service to all but one person.
