ovh or linode who ddos constantly well-protect?
I prepare GTA SA:MP multiplayer server
and i need best of best ddos hosting.
1. ovh or linode who well-protect ddos with keeping server state:online?
(if ddos protected next my server shutdown be no good..all player out..)
2.they say server-spec(like RAM or cpu) according to fee
this only different server-spec? or you think very cheap server is useless thing?
my english little sorry, and i know they how constantly protect **Gbps.

Linode doesn't have any DDoS mitigation does it?
I can't find anything about linode, but OVH has DDoS protection for their VPS by default. According to their website, they protect unlimited Gbps, and their capacity seems to be 3Tbps
OVH does protect well, but constant... I dont think so.
They may kick you at any time for any reason, real or imagined, so I don't know, if the attacks are really continuous and big, there may be trouble.
Had some huge daily attacks on some of my ips @ ovh and there were no issues. It went on for months and all i got were the notification emails saying there is incoming ddos.
Define huge and daily, like, all day long, 24/7 ?
Maybe things changed or you were lucky, with OVH you may never know.
If you are willing to host a SA:MP server only way to fully protect your server is to buy OVH Game dedicated server or at least go find some reseller who can offer you OVH Game VPS for a decent price. We talk about this protection - https://www.ovh.co.uk/anti-ddos/anti-ddos-game.xml because OVH standard protection (Anti DDOS / Pro) cant protect your game server if you got hit by huge attack. You can check @pbgben plans. His website is http://c38.host and I have VPS with them for like 3 months, everything works like a charm.
OVH game range only, the others don't provide the best mitigation. Check the link in my sig if you're after a VPS hosted on OVH game range.
