I know internetbs is just a little over $7 if you switch the currency to Jpy
or 2. signup for a free reseller account at DomainBox. $8.78 for renewals.
The wholesale price for .com's is currently $7.85 so you're not going to find many registrars with regular retail or reseller prices below $9
edit
renewals are $9.38 and I don't think they take PayPal
You can check for promo codes from register.com. It was $0.50 before 2-3 days ago.
Namecheap is $8.97 with promo code MAYFLOWERS

$5
Their pricing page says $8.78 after 10,001+ of... domains, I guess?
Is there a way to get that pricing on small orders? I've been looking for cheap domain reseller packages...
I use http://resell.biz for my domains mostly unless someone like Namecheap has good deals.
.net for $7.01 and .com for $9.01 with min $5 deposit

I think they're still running their promo for new resellers and you're automatically upgraded to Tier 3 pricing regardless of the number of domains you have registered. You can call them to check.
Objectively, that would be namesilo.
Its $8.99, there are no renewal tricks and they accept paypal
for bulk/resellers non-paypal is fine
uhum
Thanks for the tips @Patrick and @DomainBop.
Signed up with DomainBox, my admin page shows Tier 3 pricing. Pricing-wise it's a winner. Will play with the sandbox API, see if it goes well with WHMCS.
How many domains you want to buy in bulk?
