@myhken May be I am missing something out here, I can see the server(SP-64) available at OVH site. How much are you paying if I may ask?
May be he meant SP-64-D?
@MrKaruppu I pay €38/mo for that server It was a good offer. That's the reason why so many want thees servers, some pay hundreds of euro to get one. It's the same server as they sell for €99/mo + 2 extra 2TB HDD
I see why everyone needs it :P I need one. :P
LOL
Cool.
@MrKaruppu if the two extra 2TB HDD is worth €20 extra/mo, then you will just need 915 years before you save money having this server. It's a bargain.
I have one with 1Gbps upload and download.
Sell server?
yup.
How do you guys keep track of new OVH specials to be able to register early enough?
LET, ftw.
How much?
Didn't know it was possible to transfer these anyway. Anyone know for sure?
I just transferred one a couple of weeks back. Both people have to be in the same ovh system or it rejects the person you're transferring to. You need scans of both IDs and the OVH form populated. You can email it in and it was done in about 30 minutes. Once done you need to go in and set all of the contacts to the correct person for it to show up.
I believe if you have one on any OVH account that uses the manager "https://ovh.com/manager" NOT "https://ca.ovh.com/manager" or "https://us.ovh.com/manager" (those are on a separate system) you can transfer it to an IE account by using the built in "Transfer Ownership" option built into the manager.
I'm looking for one in IE as well.
