where can i get a trial of vps or dedicated server?

hi,
i am located in Toronto,
i need speed speed and speed.
i moved to two different servers but
they are not as fast as i wish and i am disappointed..

I need some fast connections to Toronto and surrounding areas,
my site does not use much traffic, but i cant risk moving around too much
and having downtime,, so i want to test out the server and speed before i
really migrate,, where can i get some trial time or at least a refund guarantee?

The best is to check out the hosts' looking glasses if they have it setup and/or raise a sales ticket and get them to run tests for you.
