They limit port speed to 10mbit, but that can seemingly be unlocked to 100mbit through a ticket.

That is correct, if you can provide justification on why you require a 100mbit port limit this can be increased.

The speed limit has been discussed already in this thread. The bandwidth limits are set according to the market here in Australia. Australian Transit Data is expensive. Why?
Because we are a big Island in the middle of nowhere!
If there was a way to offer it more inexpensively I'd certainly do it!

We do not cap traffic, the 200 GB Bandwidth is included with the package. You can choose to pay excess data if you go over this amount or purchased additional bandwidth.
