Gmail to Block .JS attachments
Gmail will automatically have .js blocked before the email is sent. Emails send to Gmail users with .js will be bouncing back. This change might be a minor annoyance to few developers who often send / receive JavaScript code over email as attachments. But good for other as it can prevent malicious payload attached. What you think ?

There’s no getting around this by zipping, still google will block it.

Send as dropbox or Drive link.
My opinion: good riddance.
And encrypt also.
Or, simply change the extension.
Email attachments in general seem so out of date with the ease of file sharing. Maybe it's just me but clicking that share link in Dropbox is just the ultimate convenience.
Encrypting might work, but changing extension can be overwhelming if you have lots of JS files.
Ok, don't encrypt, what about changing the extension to the zip file?
".dat" works for me everytime.
rar with password and name encryption. Done.
Just save is as .html and later rename it to .js
Major inconvenience is when you want to download your existing attachments (archieved) and if it have some .js
