GigsGigs Cloud is the worst VPS hosting I've ever encountered!
Under Linux, I was not even able to contact my server (Cloudlet C2). Their SSH is turned off by default. And the only way to access the virtual machine is through a browser-based console using an applet called JCTerm (a "pure Java terminal emulator"), which was last updated in 2012. And it doesn't work in the latest Firefox and Chromium browsers (with Flash Player enabled).
There are no "how to" instructions on their web-site. And the support is terrible. Instead of giving me answers to my questions, they answered me with generic advice like "get consultation from specialist".

The console require Java plug in to your PC. You need to have java install in your PC and make sure the plug in is work in your PC. Very sorry that we not able to access or remote to your PC for assistant.
For SSH cannot connect issue, I believe the issue will be able to solve by our support. If it is not please let me know your ticket ID and I will update you on this
