Can you make anything that has 5G SSD and around 10 subdomain? 100G bw is fine and don't need email accounts. 5 FTP user is fine.

Currently I only accept paypal and credit/debit cards as payment. You can host your website, no problem with iranian website. Depending on the type of your website will depend on how many visitors it can handle. For $1/year you can try it out =D
