I just migrated to a VPS and its causing serious downtime

i was given this info

and that /usr/sbin/php is taking up lots of CPU
and i need to optimize it, but i dont know how to do that..

what,where, or who should i look for?

  • @ykbaek seems like an application performance problem. You said "to a VPS"--have you ever had one before?

    What type of website are you hosting on that VPS? Also are you using cpanel?

    That's a huge load.
    What control panel do you use? Maybe you are running Apache handler.

    What happens if you stop apache?
