help me with VPS problem

I just migrated to a VPS and its causing serious downtime

i was given this info

and that /usr/sbin/php is taking up lots of CPU
and i need to optimize it, but i dont know how to do that..

what,where, or who should i look for?

@ykbaek seems like an application performance problem. You said "to a VPS"--have you ever had one before?

What type of website are you hosting on that VPS? Also are you using cpanel?

What control panel do you use? Maybe you are running Apache handler.
