    How come not double cpu cores?

    I'd say this is comprehensible and probably nobody would expect to get 4 vCores at 1 EUR/month. ;)

    Yeah fair enough

    Indeed, my mistake, thanks. Though it doesn't change much: I still wouldn't expect a VPS with 4 vCores at 2 EUR/month. ;)

    I tried Firefox, Dillo, and Lynx. I don't have Chrome installed and prefer not to have it. It's no big deal-- I can wait til you've done your new panel and hope that it fixes the issue.

    @mov3 Yes

  • Had the firefox issue, but I signed up via Chrome. The panel, is hard to work with. Had to fill out company details twice, setup a paypal agreement and then I was stuck at a dead-end. Shame, I was going to buy for yearly in all 3 locations.

    TBH custom panels are offputting for me, but I see this provider is looking longer term which is obviously a good sign.

    As stated in the first post we are migrating to our new panel very soon were such issues will be from the past. We are very sorry but we can't influence anything with the current panel, sorry! If there is anything we can help you with we are here to help and willing to help via live chat, ticket or email.

    You had 12 EUR on your accounts balance, than you created a VM which costs 12 EUR, the amount got deducted from the balance. I don't see the problem and why this is confusing for you.

    @nik

    as the picture shows

    Account balance
    €0.00 ???

    Monthly
    €2.00

    Financial chaos of the show, and even can not prove 12 euros a year? Or 6 months on consumption

    Please think about it!
    a reliable business should have the details?

    The one server that is stuck has not been billed. You've been billed for the one server (YES011) that was paid yearly (12 EUR). You've never been billed for the YES01, since the server is stuck and won't be created. We have no possibility to remove it from the interface for now so just ignore it.

    Just order one in London, while can't connect since created, it says "Machine is unreachable" in the panel. Created a support ticket, but didn't get any reply.
