Newbie: Setting up scaleway bare metals for WordPress sites

Hi,
I am having some WordPress sites (around 100 at this time) of clients.
I want to know If I setup cPanel with cloudlinux on Scaleway dedicated servers (23.99/Month ) (32 GB RAM) will it be able to handle 100-150 WordPress sites with okayish traffic and few plugins?

Sorry for newbie question.
