What to provide when we have connection problem with VPS.
Im sure that my vps have terrible problem with upload speed. this what i did.
Tell to provider, upload to other vps at sg, us and eu very slow, at~2Kbps, they ask for mtr report, they did nothing.
provide mtr report they asked, they tell me to speak to my local isp... they did nothing.
provide speedtest to other Singapore server, they said, probably server overload.
??? please help me, what other else i can provide to them...

Seem they host server with dsl connection.
