Would you be able to justify the usage of these IPs and/or accept a SMTP block? A /23 subnet for just one server is a lot!
When you can work with a SMTP block it'll be much easier to find a hosting company being able to offer you this amount of IPv4 space.
Thanks for the heads' up, @davidgestiondbi. I'd be happy to host your /24. I can run BPGv1 or OSPF from my PortMaster 2E. I upgraded it to 16MB RAM, so I expect it to be more than sufficient!
