I need a /24 for BGP routing test, the first purchase of a month, if all good, we can pay for annually. Also need to be able to modify whois. Please provide the price.

First, dn42 for sure. Then if you're rich enough, /24 + BW is plenty of juice for you to play with.

I'm fairly sure if you don't have your own ASN they will set up a BGP session with you using a private ASN, effectively allowing you to announce it using their ASN.
