Is webtropia Pro Server+ worth for gameserver?

Hi guys, Im about to purchase webtropia Proserver+ : i7 6700K, 32GB DDR4 Ram & 2x 240GB SSD, 49EUR Price, Is it worth for Roleplay, Kitpvp & Factions minecraft server? You can also offer me similar specs but with same or lower price thanks.

The single core performance should be quite sufficent and RAM also. SSD is a must, too.
The price is good however the company has a somewhat questionable reputation + their network (DC) in Dusseldorf is not always known for being the most stable.
That being said the price is good.

What do you mean? Their network is down sometimes?
