Disk speed & Which Server to keep

I have three dedicated at OVH SYS, Hetzner and Online.net.

Online.net machine
dedibox XC 2016 1TB with 16GB DDR3 - 1x Intel C2750 - Price 29GBP incl VAT

SYS Machine
intel Xeon 1245v2 32GB Non ECC RAM with SoftRAiD 3x120GB SSD - Price 40GBP incl VAT

Hetzner Auction
intel Xeon 1245v2 16GB ECC with 2x3TB Raid 1 config - price 30GBP incl VAT

When i tried dd test - dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync

I get the following values.

SYS

Online

Hetzner

16384+0 records in 16384+0 records out 1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 7.66768 s, 140 MB/s

• Why would Online.net drive show slow speed? Spec of both hetzner and online.net seems to 6Gb/s Sata 3.0.
• Also why would SYS be as slow Hetzner, even though its an SSD? What could be causing the issue?
• I plan to stick to only one of this. What would be your suggestion?

Life of the HDD life is as follows

• SYS - 44524 power_on_hours
• Online - 1103 power on hours
• Hetzner - 26557 power_on_hours

Network wise all of them seems to be kind of similar.
