Might ask the provider to check to see if the network bridge is set up properly. And if anyone else on the node is having issues.

your disk i/o is pretty low
but it have pretty much nothing to do with your VOIP issue you facing now
Mostly network issue, you should contact you provider to get this solved it's easier that way

I really find the I/O on that VPS very odd as compared to the main node, Ps, He's our client
