I'm looking for a free hosting theme for a website that I'm planning to launch. I'm basically going to sell shared hosting for my country (not worldwide). I'm looking for a free hosting theme that I can customize.

Well, if you may I can suggest you that install WordPress and you will find bunch of themes which are free for hosting.
