Access vps data using IP

I have a vps and I have simply created a user on it.
I have uploaded few files to /home/user folder.
I am going to create only 1 user How do i make vps function so that after entering ip, it should give /home/user data
I want to make this files accessible to just by entering IP of this server.
Any help appreciated !

Really? If you're going to ask for help, at least give us a question.
Besides, that's a stupid setup - a password(less) file server is "retard mode" x1000
First of all: How do you want to make those files accessible? HTTP(S), FTP, SFTP, ...?
what OS are you running? Install Apache and make sure port 80 is open. Upload files to the default apache folder.

Not clear what you want but this command will change default home folder for existing user:
usermod -d /path/to/dir user
