HTML Theme For Sale
Here is a demo for a HTML theme I'm offering. http://www.simplifiedhost.com/demo/ . I would use it for my site, but I don't really like the design. In case you're wondering why it has all the Servode content on it, it's because I was given this by the Servode owner when they decided to change themes.

@Patrick Not sure about that? I used to host from them and everything was legit. I updated my main post to be more clear. I'm not sure if you're a troll or not, but this thread has no relation the Servode's site, it is related to their old HTML theme, in which I'm selling. Please stay on topic, thanks
It's not responsive, as a web developer we don't get any clients asking for just a normal site anymore it all has to be responsive, you'll sell it if you did that
