Comments
is your read and write limited or something ?
No, not so far i know.
50/50 prety low
your read and write are just below 50, this seems low to me but its not dreadful
Also you need to make it clearer that you are using your Aff link in thread to there website .....
So, you put a masked affiliate link in your post but your sig is 2 links to a rickroll video.
@teamcc yes and fixed

How long you have used this server?
1 month for testing.
Hi,
i actually checked this as the I/O seemed also low to me, i solved the issue. It appears there has been some I/O abuser on the same node. Now, not anymore.
No monitoring for this type of thing?
Lol unprofessional much.
Hi @ATHK,
We do have some non native English speaking support, so we do apologise for those comments. The support you receive however, will always be premium.
@ewrek - Thank you for writing a review of our service, we do use these reviews to improve and are grateful you took time to test.
I don't see any "Impressum" on your site.
It is hard to decide or i will go now for HostSlick. They fixed the problems but i looks to happen so easy again.
The read and write were not to bad, in general use you would not have noticed a difference, i have a node with over 20 vms on and all together they never reach over 2 mb/s read and write.
Just keep and eye on your service if it happens again then make your choice but it could be worse, they could have not responded at all.
It is normal for such things to happen with providers but we do work quickly to resolve any performance issues that arise. Please do feel free to either PM us here or open a ticket if you have any further questions.
Thanks.
