VPS in Australia or New Zealand
I'm looking for a relatively low-specced VPS in Australia or New Zealand. The only spec that matters to me is Bandwidth, which should realistically be about 250-500GB/mo (unlimited is nice, but not a requirement, nor is it viable in these regions anyway). The provider must allow VPN for personal use.
I don't have a budget for this, but of course, the cheaper the better. I'd be looking at quarterly or annual payment cycles.

They have a NAT VPS option in Auckland NZ.

The i-83 offer certainly looks attractive enough, but Quadhost appears only to offer servers in NC, USA and London, UK. I'll give the first one a closer look. Any other suggestions, feel free to share!
Would highly recommend @i83 if you are ok with NAT'd VPS in NZ.

You have a few options in NZ now
RansomIT - Talk to @oliver - I have a VPS running with them in Auckland for a VPN with no issues and probably going to pick up an Australian VPS to replace my NAT one - Would highly recommend them. I pay semi annual. (My personal recommendation)
Can't disclose my plan I think as its custom, but Oliver can probably sort a reasonable price.
ZappieHost- I have used them in the past, Support was great - Runs out of Hosting Direct's (HD.net.nz) Data Center in Auckland. Good connectivity and peering.
Starts at $4.50 per month for 100GB Bandwidth
i-83.net- NAT VPS - They had quite a few issues when they first launched in Auckland but appear to have sorted these out. From checking the IP appears they are using Zappiehost for their services

just a small correction, a little under a year ago, we move our NZ infrastructure from HD to a different datacenter and we are now using VibeCommunications as our upstream (AS45177)

NetworkPresence- May be an viable option. I have had the occasional downtown with them but is quickly resolved.
Intergrid - Personally havent tried their VPS Plans but they could be worth a try. They are quite expensive compared to others.
i83 is your best bet
