With such a basic question, it's very clear that you didn't put sufficient effort into googling or finding some resources to educate yourself on the topic. Before asking for help, make a super serious attempt at helping yourself.
If you didn't even bother to make an effort to help yourself, then why would a stranger use their own free time to put substantial effort into helping you.
Really?!? You cannot even answer 'what is SIP' but you are already considering starting a business about it?!? What if it turns out that the business idea is something that you have absolutely no passion for? Maybe you should first do significant research into a business idea/topic before even consider actually putting money down to start a business around it.
After all the above advice, if all you are really concerned about is making money through business ventures that you don't even understand, then it's probably best you move to a more appropriate forum e.g. Digital Point.

It's actually pretty easy. Here's what you do:
Step 1:
Pay someone to set up the entire business for you on an unmanaged dedicated server provider. Something like volumedrive or wholesale internet.
Step 2:
Get customers. Recommend using social media and forums filled with people who are not smart.
Step 3:
In two years when your server kernel panics and reboots, and inevitably none of your software starts on boot, open a ticket with your server provider. Here are some recommended phrases to include:
"I'm losing a lot of money, this is my business."
"I am not an expert on this, please fix it for me."
"I haven't changed anything in two years, you broke this, you need to rebuild my business or I'm going to tell everyone never to use your service."
Step 4:
Chargeback every invoice with server provider.
Step 5:
Open a thread on LET stating that your server provider is a scam. Carefully edit screenshots of support tickets for thread, accidentally leave one detail that makes you look bad.
Step 6:
After sufficiently burning bridges, cross server provider off list and start back at step 1 using the money obtained from step 4.
This is a fool proof plan, people here do it every day.

What were they called? They posted here a few years ago and were flamed like a a 7-11 Big Bite. The math was some absurd number of hours to get a cheesy 256MB VPS or something. For one month.
