How much storage, location, budget
Storage VPS? The IOPS may be limited. You need a regular VPS or a dedicated server.
How many GB HDD you looking for? Perhaps a cdn will be better? BunnyCDN has good price
Simply use object storage + cloudflare.

cloudflare(see next comment) 'images' domain and point it to an @i83 NAT storage vps in Falkenstein/France.Can't get any lower than that for annual.
I would have suggested @cociu storage vps, but the UPC routing from their dc2 is terrible to India. (better to let cloudflare haul the bytes to India /Singapore POP)
If OP requires 1 TB of storage for his image hosting site it's obvious he has a lot of traffic. Cloudflare does not accept image sharing sites, they will contact you and ask to pay $12,000/month for Enterprise once you get a decent amount of traffic.
They did this a few months ago to postimage.org, and I've heard about other sites too.
