After OP's $10-15k comment, I tend to agree with @joodle on this.
Actually, there are over a 100 "Business Chat" services like Slack, Discord, HipChat, Campfire, Redbooth, Flowdockk, etc.
These things are literally growing like weed.
My conclusion is that there are a lot of company managers and employees that throw $$$ on useless services like these, in order to procrastinate and work less. So, if you give companies a service that they can be "learning" how to use, and "setting" up leads and CRM, you've basically got a winner.
Yet to see one of these go bankrupt.
