I've got mine $12/Year direct from Softaculous, not a bad deal tbh. I'd say get it from whereever you get your cPanel license from for convenience.

Seems like dedicated is $10 extra. I don't see any reason for a dedicated license for cPanel or Softaculous, if you have a dedicated server like I do for cPanel, just virtualize it and create one large VM (I think you can even simply install the VZ kernel IIRC). No reason to pay the higher price.
That was the plan to start with. But i had problems with the VZ kernel and Directadmin.
I just wanted to try if it was better on a dedicated.
But even $24 / Year is a ok price. so thanks :-)
