Monthly bw lower than the storage capacity makes it impossible to restore a backup in one session, not so good. Do inbound and outbound both count? If yes it should be at least 2.5x, otherwise at least 1.5x, even if price has to go up a little. 100mbps port is also not ideal but liveable.
